Smoking a corn dog in aviators and a top hat
A while back I bought P&C's European Vacation sampler (John Bull, Erin Go Bragh, and C'est La Vie), so tonight I thought I'd try a Grand Tour. I've got a basket Dublin with a layer of each. I just hope I got the layers in the right order. I tried to put the stronger flavors on the bottom, so that even with "contamination" from the layer above, each successive layer will still stand out. But John Bull is a mild English, and Erin Go Bragh's whiskey flavor tends to cut through everything, so I'm worried that the whiskey will carry over into the latakia and muddy everything up. I'll find out shortly.
