This evening smoking PS LBF in a Radice Rind Billiard with a multi-colored wood shank accent, otherwise known as the “hippie band.” Next up is Pembroke in the Askwith Morta POY.
SG 1792 Flake in a a Falcon tonight. It’s been a while since I smoked this blend; STRONG in both the tonquin and the nic departments.
Three pipes loaded this eve, don’t know if I’ll get them all smoked. First was WC Blue Ridge Special in a twin bore Radice bent Apple. Now smoking Wilke Surbrug’s Crystal Palace in an Abe Herbaugh Rusticated Brandy w/bamboo shank. Last might be WC Deluxe Crumb Cut in an old Grabow Riviera Pot.

| This evening I enjoyed Presbyterian in a Savinelli Matches 860 Tribute, then John Cotton 1&2 in the Larrysson Rusticated Bent Dublin LE. They seemed quite similar blends. |
Made the mistake of having a bowl of Nightcap Match earlier in the day. Wrecked my palate for everything else. Back to Nightcap again for the evening smoke.
What are your thoughts on the Peterson?
Very happy with it. Feels great in the hand. Smokes cool and dry. The P-Lip is quite comfortable and can pass a pipe cleaner. The 302 is a large pipe and I am getting almost two hours of smoking time. I will probably get another one in time.

PS LBF in the Radice Rind Hippie Band Billiard. Then EMP from 2011 in a BBB Silver Grain Billiard 534. A perfectly gorgeous 73 degrees, bright blue sky, only a hint of a breeze on the patio; a perfect fall day.
