PIF: Wilkinson Sword Shaving Set!

This PIF came to me while walking in a local DM with my girlfriend and realizing how many Wilkinson Sword products were on the shelf, enough to create an entire shaving set. And surprisingly, they are made in Solingen, Germany.

So, here is what the PIF includes:



This PIF is a set, so one person will receive ALL items pictured. This is open to anyone, anywhere! My only requirement is that you PIF it down the road.

So, I will simply do a raffle from the first 10 posted requesting the PIF, DO NOT PM ME!. Once it reaches 10, I will list all 10 names and literally pulling each from a hat. The winner will be posted and receive a PM requesting a shipping address. You have 24 hours to respond. Don't make me come looking for you LOL

Great PIF! I've got enough razors, blades & soaps/creams to keep me going for a while or I'd join in. This looks like both a great PIF for someone who either is just starting out or wants to try Wilkinson products.

Received and tested the Wilkinson set today. What a great newbie or travel set this would make. The brush is a synthetic and delivered a good facelather without issue, not one hair shed. The cream is slick, reminds me a bit of Noxema and lasted well through a two pass shave (WTG/ATG) with minor spot touches which is my usual routine. I found the razor to deliver a fairly mild shave, perhaps on the level of a 4-5 setting on a Fatboy but in the end I was very pleased with the results. The Wilkinson blades were ok, don't think I'd buy them as I thought they were pulling a bit towards the end of the shave but I will use it again tomorrow to double check. Thanks to brooksfletcher, I will be passing this on as he requested. B&B members continue to impress!

Glad to see you got a decent shave from it. I also noticed the mild performance compared to my usually HD. It was comfortable actually. I almost didn't realize I was using a DE. I used the Merkur blades too and it did decent job.

I was curious about the wilkinson blades. But as suspected, and based on your review, they'd burnt out pretty fast.

I do think the next gent that receive this set will also share the same sentiments. happy shaving!
