Thanks. I really appreciate the encouragement. That was a masters in education, with a history cognitive. The current one is a masters in Information Technology. My goal is to teach at the college level. It has really inspired my kids to do more as well.

Cool. I just finished my B.S. in Applied Mathematics (summa cum laude honors) and am looking forward to beginning a Master's program in the Fall. In the meantime, I'm going to be taking a summer class at a community college, just to build my computer programming skills a bit. I'm not cut out for teaching, but I really appreciate great teachers.
Congrats, TropicalHotDogNight. That is a great accomplishment. Good luck in your masters program, and perhaps beyond. Once you earn your degree, nothing can take away that accomplishment.

Coming home from Iraq, August 2010. Our flight came in earlier than expected, about 4am. My wife woke up my girls and rushed to the airfield; hence, they are still in their pajamas.
If you get seafood gumbo from 100 different places , you'll get 100 different gumbos. None are alike,
this particular gumbo comes from a restaurant in Mobile Alabama and is the best I've ever had, full of
shrimp and crab meat with just enough spice. And they have excellent fried jumbo shrimp. The jambalaya was
made by a friend from da deep bayou in Louisiana. Attached are some crawfish, fried shrimp and hushpuppies and an excellent roast beef po boy, sloppy and good
