Vintage. Semi-opaque glass (smoke - light grey with bluish cast. Space for two pens. Two inkwells with what appears to be original bakelite caps (red/black). Stamped "Made in England" on underside of base and caps.
Measures 7x5x1.5. Picture with ruler looks a bit off due to rounded corners. Tiny bit of dirt, I'll clean it before sending. No chips, cracks, flaws, stains.
