Picked up these Ray Bans

Was cruising the local thrift store today and scored these Ray Bans

Wayfarer Max..I think these are from the early '80's

The B&L logo hiding under the Value Village price tag

$1.99 and they are in great shape

Got to love thrift stores

I've scored Ray Bans at Value Village on two occasions. I paid a fair bit more than that for some aviators in the case.

Looks like the original lenses are gone. If you want to be pretty certain that the glasses are legit you can check for BL etchings either on each the outer side of the lenses
or BL engraved in the metal piece visible under the plastic nose pads.

Not bad for $2. Tax ain't so bad over there like it is here either, is it?

Great deal. The people that run donated thrift shops up here think they run retail stores by the prices they charge. Thank goodness for our Dollar stores.
