Pic upload is not working /REPAIR ONGOING

... but ... you know ...

... it's not working here either.

I find that I have trouble uploading pics if the page is still downloading. This is particularly evident when the page downloading has many full-size (not thumbnail) pics.

I only wish that posters would upload thumbnails instead of full-size.

Or it least crop the pics so we aren't waiting several minutes for a 6+MB file to load.
