Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements the Beach Aftershave IMPORTED Edition?

My order of the Beach aftershave arrived but with "Imported Edition" writtenat the bottom of the label. Turns out the ingredients are different from the list on the online shop which displays the edition without the Imported note. My order contains no menthol, no rosewater and no seaweed. I find this very odd. Why the need for an imported Edition? EU regulations. The other PAA Aftershave I ordered is not an IE.
Anybody else come across an Imported Edition?

Yeah, they told me it's just a different ingredients labeling for the EU countries. Menthol, rosewater and seaweed are all labeled as "parfum."
