Today at the local supermarket i found a pack of ten cartridges blades (with goo strip) saying they will fit Trac II and Atra heads among others (Pivot), i was surprised because i've heard about them but here it's the first time i saw this particular pack...They are made in USA. Can anyone tells me more about them? How they perform and who's the manufacturer (ARC?) A pack of DE made in Israel were there too...

I used these Personna TracII blades for 15+ years before switching to DE. The ones I preferred were without the lubrication strip. They gave decent shaves considering the technique and gels I were using. I used them with a heavy stainless(pewter wore off) Old Fashion Luxury TracII razor. That razor is build like a tank and would never break or wear out. No problems with cuts or weapers, but I would never get as close or fun of a shave as I am getting now with DE.
I saw them at Meijer (a Michigan based Superstore, that competes with Wal-Mart in the Michigan region), with the Meijer brand name on them. I believe they said they were made in Korea, so they wouldn't be Personnas.

I've made some research and it seems 3 manufacturers are producing this dual fit Dorco in South Korea, the guys from Personna and a company named Feint..something.
They fit well on Atra head but in the Wilki' Pivot Plus they get stucked on low position, as when you're doing under the chin...Still need more 2 or 3 shaves to get a proper overview about the shaving
