Definitely not the same blade. Meds/Labs are US made, platinum chromes Israeli made. That said, the shave is darn similar to this face.
There are also platinum chromed that are US made. That is my blade of choice.
To the OP, platinum chrome and super stainless are two different blades. The labs are the same as the super stainless. Seey post in this thread to help clear up the confusion.

some folks seem to have a more correct way to say if a blade is sharper then an other - not sure how- is it actualy as sharp?

are they the ones that come in a blue and white plastic 10 blade container- are these US made ? it doesnt say?
Got a pic of that blue dispenser? All the US ones I've seen are in a white/silver dispenser. As seen in my post in the link I posted above.

Those are Isreali made Personnas.
No. They come shrink-wrapped a black and red cardboard that says PERSONNA. Made in USA appears only the blades themselves, not the package.
At walmart.com or are some physical stores carrying them now?

Walmart.com lists them, but as far as I'm aware, Walmart stores stopped stocking them and carry wilkinsons instead.
I'll echo what's been said before. Different blades, different manufacturing sites. But a VERY similar shave from both. I love Reds and Labs, and would be happy with either. Both represent really good values too.
I buy my US Personnas locally for $1.50 for a ten pack. They are the platinum chrome version. I love them.

One drug store in canada has a product that looks like its the same but under its own label _ i am going to hold off until my ebay purchase comes its by USPS to Canada so I am thinking not till two wks after the lions lie down with lambs or the Dems get along with the GOP.
