shoplondons.com sells the Pens Scent Library (and the Floris one too) and their shipping is $5.95 < $100 or free for > $100

Where do you live? If you're in the U.S., call the 800 number listed on their website and they'll ship for $5 or $6, and they'll let you customize the scent library.
