Weird glitch on the Pasteur website tonight. I went to order some more blades from them and even got a $1.00 discount from points I've earned. But when I went to check out, they added $3.75 in shipping, where it's always been free in the past and is still advertised as such. I canceled the order three times (it wasn't easy to zero it out). Don't know what was going on there. 
I think they are charging shipping for orders under $10.

Yeah, but I wasn't choosing that. I suspect a glitch. I might try it again tomorrow. They recently revamped their website and I've had a few issues with it.

Looks like you're right. I tried to checkout with a $9.99 item and there was a shipping fee. Looks like free shipping kicks in around $15 even though their home page clearly states free shipping.

Thanks for the info. There are some GD soap still remaining. I'm not a big fan of GD because of its scent but I'm considering buying one of these.
Odd. I purchased something last Wednesday for $6, had $4 worth of shop points, so charged my CC $2, and free shipping.

I guess I should have kept my mouth shut. I just got a refund for my order because it was sold out before my order was filled this morning.
