Paladin Shaving PayPal glitch

[FONT=&amp]We received the following notice from PayPal this morning. I believe all refunds over that period were for combined shipping or retroactive price discount on the soaps and aftershave balm. Please let us know if you were affected and PayPal does not resolve the issue.

Sure that is not a phishing scam email? Or just bad spelling with the "COSTUMERS" refund part. Strange.

Good eyes! Hadn't caught that. But I did have the same initial thought. It looks legit, however, and one costumer I know has already responded on another board to the effect he was affected but PayPal resolved the issue.
