yea they're definitely stronger than most, they're designed to be that way, personally I love it, but as always YMMV.
Yes. Very strong! Way too strong for me to use day in day out and go to work without feeling like "that guy" all day at the office. I dilute mine with unscented Stirling splash or straight witch hazel.

I actually like that they are that strong personally, that's why I like PAA. I have only had bad luck with one where it is so strong that it gave me a headache but I think because it was a blind buy and didn't like the scent and the headache was subconsciously self induced. PAA is in my top 3 favorite aftershaves makers.
Buy. I was a tallow snob until some of the PAA scents drew me into trying the soap. It is a very good soap. My personal favorites are Tombstone and Dapper Doc's.
Oh yes, they are quite potent. To me, that's a plus.
