Back in 2006 - 2007 B&B did a group buy for a Silvertip brush in Black and Chrome. I got one. It is my Shave at home brush. Last weekend I was in London and stopped by Geo. Trumpers for a shave. First, of me it was like no straight razor shave I have ever had. I was in the chair for 40 minutes. The barber shaved me like nothing I have ever experienced. I have been to several independent shops here in the states and the Art of Shaving store in DC for shaves while nice it was nothing like this shave. Anyway, they used a brush on me that was huge and looked like it was best badger. I really liked the way it felt. I could just buy the Trumper brush but I thought I would ask the members here for their opinion on this brush verses other brushes.
