Such a vendor does not exist. Shipping costs so much because they have to pay more to ship alcohol (or so I have been told). Just get several bottles to get a better value on shipping. Even that that price, it is better than many of the expensive aftershaves, in my opinion.

Ive been able to find Osage Rub locally, but it seems only at stores that cater towards african americans. Even though it smells like medicine gone wrong, its one of my favorite AS.

You might be out of luck, unfortunately. If I were you, I'd contact these folks and ask them if they are interested in adding Osage Rub to their lineup. Given the large number of similar US products they carry, they might be willing to add it. Of course, the price they would have to charge might not result in any savings.

One alternative might be to order more stuff (if you need or will need products coming up) to spread the cost around to the different products. Other than that, I can't think of anything, and my thoughts probably won't help much either. Sorry
