One light, One bowl

I did it!

Admitedy, I have a bowl maybe once a month, but didn't need to relight at all this time.. And enjoyed it much more because of it!

I've never understood the desire..
It would come in handy for a slow smoke competition, but other than that?

I've always just concentrated on enjoying the bowl. If it takes one light fine, if it takes forty lights fine.


Then again pipe smoking may be the only manly pursuit more subjective than wet shaving.

I never really cared when I had to relight midway, but it was a damn sight better to just enjoy the moment than have to faff about with the 'mechanics' of the pipe.

I'm always relighting, but that's because I put my pipe down to read or I get talking and goes out, matches are cheap. Good work on doing it though!
