i just got a tub of omega now i have always used puck soap in a cup so anyone have suggestons on a different way to lather

Same as soap...load up a damp brush with the Omega and either bowl or face lather...this stuff lathers fairly quickly.

Use the harder tub variety just like a soap. Use the softer tube variety by squeezing a dollop into a bowl and lathering there.

and you'll probably need something closer to a 2-3 second swirl rather than the 10 seconds you do with soap.
