I was just told that Omega cream is licensed to them and is just Proraso green. I had been under the impression that Omega made their own stuff. Who's right?

i have no expert knowledge, but would guess that Omega concentrates on brushes and has their shave creams packed by others.

I don't know the answer but it reminds me of a similar question some years ago about Santa Maria Novella cream. Apparently SMN was made by Proraso and was the same as Omega. Then there were some formula changes and from what I remember the whole "who makes what cream' & "are they exactly the same" got somewhat muddy.
I wouldn't be surprised. I believe Omega makes the Proraso Shave Brush. Might be a deal that's between them.

I would bet the Omega, just like the C.O. Bigelow, is the same as Prorasso.
Historically, Omega shaving cream was made by the same maker of Proraso.

Pretty different ingredients list, AFAIK Omega cream doesn't have camphor or menthol like Proraso green.
Proraso used to make Omega Eucalipto Cream. Now the honor goes to Tcheon Fung Sing I have heard.
