Omega Soaps = Proraso Soaps?

A quick search here turned up some evidence they're manufactured by the same company, and a bit of surfing around appears to confirm that. But, at least on the sites I checked, they're priced differently (same for the creams).

Can anyone clarify if they're really different products, and if so, how different? If they're about the same, there's a couple-dollar/unit price break in favor of Omega, and if they're basically identical, that price break would make what is for me a great soap and cream (YMMV) even better!

I haven't tried Proraso soap yet, just the cream. But I use Omega soap and like it.

Basically the same stuff. I never tried Omega soaps, but the soap (and the cream) are considered to be the same. If there are differences, they are subtle enough to defy common people's appreciation.
