Can someone help me identify or verify this Omega brush? It's listed as boar bristle, but I was under the impression that this was the Lucretia Borgia line, and only available with different badger knots.

Not sure what the model is, but they sell them at Em's Place.
Definitely. If you have the loft and knot size, you should be able to narrow it down to the exact model. Gary has the dimensions posted for most of the brushes he carries.

Could be the photo, but to my eye the loft is so tall I would suspect boar as well.

That's what is messing me up....Em's place is the only place I can find this thing, not shoebox, not the omega site. the Borgia finish looks beautiful on other models.
Given the price I want to jump, I guess I just wanted to verify some more info before doing so.
Have you considering emailing Emily? She's usually more than willing to answer any questions that you may have.

not sure...I found it because I was looking for a good Omega boar, but the whole Borgia series looks so nice, I might pony up for a badger.
As weird as it sounds though, I'm hesitant to get silvertip. I know it's the softest and nicest, but I need some backbone. I've had better control with a C+E boar bristle than with the badgers I've used. Pure badger has worked well, though.
