Omega 11712

Hey guys,

I was looking into getting a brush and came across the Omega 11712 for 10 dollars.

Anyone have any experience with it? And if so what are your impressions?

I was looking at the lighter colour version only this afternoon the 11150. The specs seem quite respectable IMHO,

25 mm knot
50 mm long handle
55 mm long bristles

Comes in either rosewood, Ash or dark ash. Looks ok to me.

You can't go wrong with any Omega brush and at $10 you should go back and get it before it disappears (where did you say it was?)

I've used 6 Semogue (1305, 830, 1470, 1250, 1800, 2011 LE2) and 3 Omega (11712, 31064, 10018) boar brushes. From those 9 brushes, Omega 11712 and Semogue 1800 were my favourites.

cool thanks for the advice, unfortunately the place I was looking at was a British company so it was in pounds (don't know how i missed that before) but picked it up at shoeboxshaveshop for thirteen so still pretty happy. let you know how i like it.
