Old Type handle filled with lead

I took a old type handle and filled it with lead and cut a little off it, the extra weight really makes it shave better. I had a extra New Improved barrel and it fits over the handle perfectly. I really like the look and performance of this handle

I had often though about filling hollow handle razors with some weighty material to see if they would perform better, so thanks for being the guinea pig!
