Came back from a long trip and this razor was waiting for me. Bought from one of the merchants selling shaving products from India. The claim is its chrome but it appears to be nickel. Its 3 piece and balanced very nicely. Interesting that it has 9 teeth instead of the usual 11 or 12. My overall evaluation after a 3 pass shave is its a keeper. It might say Old Spice on the head but I doubt its made by P&G

I think they are made by Parker.
I've seen them but never jumped on one. I kinda wanted one, but quality was of concern.
