My brother lives in that part of Salem. I lived a little farther south in Corvallis. I have lots of memories of those backroads up and down (and across) the Valley and the little towns dotted here and there. I keep thinking Cheshire or Blodgett would be a nice little place to settle in and watch the world go by.
