Please tell me what the difference is between these. I am contemplating a Bull Mastiff from Bob's with a New head.

I find the New head to be a smoother shaver than the Old Style head especially when paired with a heavy handle. In addition, blade alignment is easier with the New head. Just my .02
I don't know if you are looking for information on the difference in how they shave, or what they look like, so I thought I would drop this in here
In this picture notice the differences between head designs, easiest to tell from the side like this.
First is the NEW Deluxe. It has a flat base plate, and a slot that runs the length of the blade down the center, instead of posts. These are kind of hard to come by.
Second is the NEW. It has the slot like the NEW DeLuxe, but the bottom plate is not flat like the DeLuxe, and is lighter. This was available with several variants.
Third is the New Improved. This one uses posts to center the blade, and has a milled head with a flat area in the center. These were not made for long, so there aren't a ton around.
Fourth is the Old Type. It has a pressed crescent shaped head. The blade is centered on posts.
