Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

Back to my usual schedule for the week, MWF.

Shoulder PT:

Weights: curls (2 15 lb barbells) 💪and triceps (35 lbs), 3 reps of 10, plus misc.
Band pulls. Side to side, above head and from floor pulls. 3x10 reps

Trainer Cycling:

Warmups:
stretches, 30 (knee) push-ups, 40 sit-ups. Planks: 65 seconds. Back and leg stretches🧘🏼

Ride: 36 minutes, 5° room temperature increase, 0’ total elevation gain 😛
🏡↪️🚴↩️🏡.
 
I almost skipped the trainer, I moved my knee wrong getting out of the car yesterday afternoon. I didn’t feel a pull or anything, it just got painful, it was sore the rest of the day. Felt fine today, decided on a token trainer bout. I just got a good to go ( for now) on the shoulder, I suppose the next stop is for the knee.
