Survived another one. 3x5 presses and squats, and a bunch of tempo bench triples.
I started squats out light enough that I can add 5 pounds every workout for ax while, but presses started heavier relative to my previous heavy sets, so I'm probably going to have to change things up there in a couple weeks.
@DEgeezer strictly bike trails and is beautiful country. Me and my buddy are both 69 and do fine. I biked in Minnesota last year in the Itasca, Walker area where my friend has a cabin. They have a lot of great trails in the area, highly recommended. It’s a beautiful when the leaves are turning.
A few days of R&R in the Keys. Hope to get some fishing in later, but pretty windy right now. It would have been great to have my 22 with me to plink some iguanas. They’re everywhere.
