Switching to OHS for a while as my stance was off last Friday and doing good mornings and my left knee was unhappy with me. Thought I'd give it a break for a while.

And my last excuse for not doing conditioning work just ended, they brought down one of the C2 rowers into the weight room. I offered $100 to put it back upstairs but they didn't do it. May have thought I was kidding though. I wasn't. I hate those things, only things worse are things like an Assault Bike.
Power snatch + snatch: 65% x (1+2) x 2, 70% x (1+2) x 3
Jerk: 70% x 3 x 2, 75% x 3 x 3
Clean pull: 90% x 7 x 2, 90% x 5 x 3
Back squat: 60% x 8, 65% x 8, 70% x 6, 75% x 6 x 2
3x5 presses, 4x5 squats. Doesn't feel too bad considering I've been fighting off a mild cold bug for a couple days. (No, not the rona...according to my test yesterday).
