Had to double up today due to the gym being closed on Labour Day. Squats would have been a lot easier if I hadn't had so much fun on the long weekend. 🍻
 
Spent the long weekend at my dad's wife's cabin and canoed/peddle boated around the (small) lake and then sawed down some smaller trees for good measure.

Yesterday: Adonis Index 3.0 Week 1 Day 1 Strength, i.e. back and biceps
