K - Blood pressure is up again, so am going to hit Cardio hard for a month and then get back into weights. Let my eating habits slide for the last year. I was eating strict keto for two years and it controlled my BP nicely. Felt great, etc. BUT...I slipped and fell off the wagon a bit. Kept my weight under control - currently at 13% body fat (up from 10.5 while keto). So I am well under the typical American of our age. Today is going to be hard cardio (40 minutes at 80%) followed by core/abs/stretching. Will let ya'll know how the keto goes in controlling my BP once I get into ketosis (about 6 days from now if history is any accurate).
