A bit ago I added Apple One Premier and it comes with Apple Fitness +.
so of course I had to try a short rowing workout. I did a 10 minute row with 6 all out intervals.
That was fun!
I have been looking at some of the HIIT, treadmill, and core workouts and I can do those.
And my 7 year old showed me how to mirror my phone to the tv so that all of us can do some of the workouts together. She and her mother will have me trying the dance workouts with them. I just know it!
It’ll be a blast.

These Apple Fitness + rowing workouts are great. The videos are recorded but the instructors are highly motivated.
I have done a short CORE workout and those are really great too.
I think I have finally found what works for me.
