Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

I was really interested in The Clubhouse thread "What was your workout today?" but much to my chagrin I didn't feel comfortable posting my "old fogie" workouts with all those "serious" workouts. So, What was your Old Fogie workout today?

I will start: 3 mile walk/20 push ups/50 sit ups.

Followed by two 12 ounce curls. :001_smile
I walked the dogs (Seth and Otto von Bismarck) two poodles a mile and a half today. I walk them up to three miles s day when it is not raining or snowing.

Also walk with and/or against the current at the Kroc Center in the lazy river (on the left with blurry people in it). This is maybe three or four times a week for half an hour (usually).

Consideration is being given to additional exercise of the same sort or of a different sort. My hips are an issue (not in the water they're not) so walking is not being considered. Maybe swimming some laps?

What I'm doing now is quite helpful and effective. Very very efficient.

My exercise list today: jump to conclusions, climb the walls, drag my heels, push my luck, make mountains out of molehills, bend over backward, run around in circles, put my foot in my mouth, go over the edge, and beat around the bush.
