Overhead barbell press and flat dumbbell bench. A bit of bicep stuff and some kettlebell presses to finish. Then my regular bike commute
 
Deadlifts to 275 lbs x5. 60% from where I was so it was nice and light as it's almost been 5 months to the day from the last time I deadlifted. Better safe than not able to walk normally for a week.
