Another hilly road ride, this time on my Ritchey Road Logic, 12 miles in about 77 minutes.

Fourth good ride in less than a week with temps around 50F near the coast. Getting stronger.

30 minutes of Yoga with Adriene, Half moon poses are tough
55 lb. kettlebell
12 sets of 25 swings alternated with 100 fast skips of jump rope.
 
Wasn't much of a workout but it sure made me tired. I helped the wife paint a small room in her office that she broke through and acquired from the tenant next door. I hate painting. No matter how hard I try, paint goes places I never intended it to go and by means that I don't have the slightest idea how.
