Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
I walked 75 minutes on the treadmill this morning before work. It was windy and ugly outside and walking outside at 3:30am is a bit scary for me so I kept it indoors.

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
Cool front is blowing in and it wet, windy, and getting a bit chilly so I did another 75 minutes on the treadmill this morning.
But I took it easy and did 1/2 mile less than yesterday in the same time. Just got the blood flowing in my legs today and worked out a bit of soreness.

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
I did 4 miles this morning and just finished and easy mile.
Working at 6am all this week so will be up at 3am to log 75-90 minutes daily on the treadmill. Then Thursday night we are heading to San Antonio and Houston so I’ll use the equipment at the hotel gym. I hope there is a rowing machine at 1 of the 2 where we are staying.
