Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

Sunday: treadmill Maffetone session for 45’
Monday: rest and walking
Tuesday: 5’ Airdyne + total body HIT strength training session: pull downs, chest presses, Bulgarian split squats, rows, presses, deadlifts, reverse flys, incline presses, hip extension. All with heavy duty loop resistance bands. 7’ Airdyne.

Stay healthy!
 
Muddy, muddy trails. After the ride I looked like i'd been dipped in chocolate. :laugh:

Shoulder PT:

Weights: curls (2 15 lb barbells) 💪and triceps (35 lbs), 3 reps of 10, plus misc.
Band pulls. Side to side, above head and from floor pulls. 3x10 reps

Trainer Cycling:

Warmups:
stretches, 30 (knee) push-ups, 35 sit-ups. Planks: 60 seconds. Back and leg stretches🧘🏼

Ride: 48 minutes, 4° rise in room temperature, 0’ total elevation gain 😛
