Well that was a LOT better then last weeks attempt which was horrible. Only difference this week was I didn't do drop squats on Monday after squats. Lesson learned, no more drop sets, which is fine as I hated doing that much cardio anyhow. 🤣

I should not have been allowed in the gym today without adult supervision. Got in, warmed up, loaded to bar for my first set of FS, tied my shoes and went to squat. I got as far as unracking the bar and went "holy crap this is heavy" "wait, somethings wrong" Looked at the bar "wait, that's 185, I'm only going to 215..."

Fixed that mistake and continued on, somewhere around the third set I looked at my buildup and thought "somethings wrong" Fired up the the journal app on my phone and saw the error, I wrote 210 when it should be 215.

I think I'll be happy tonight if I manage to get home without getting lost.

Getting through those sessions is what actually makes us stronger! :D

Today went well: the fact that it is getting warmer makes it easier for older bones...

Snatches: doubles to 75%, then singles up to 3 at 85%
Clean and jerks: doubles at 75%, then singles up to 3 at 88%
Back squats: worked up to two doubles at 90%

Was supposed to finish with some good mornings and ab work, but I was getting hungry so called it a day... :p
