Did 3x5 on deadlifts today, then -10lb each set for 6 sets. Almost 100lb short of my max a year ago before my knee surgery. But I don't really shoot for numbers anymore. Just maintenance of what I have :) Feels so good to be deadlifting again, I'm not gonna complain
