Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
45 minutes on the treadmill.
I’ve been under the weather all week.
Dr. says more than likely allergies.
But even if Coronavirus she would treat me the same because I have no fever.
Just stay at home and get lots of rest.
Waiting to see if work wants me to stay home another week. I am supposed to return tomorrow. A week of telework would be great though.
I have definitely gotten my butt kicked but seem to be getting better.

on the brighter side: I finally discovered truly wireless earbuds that are perfect for me.

downside: not good for phone calls but I don’t talk on my phone while working out.

Another easy 1.2 mile run in the chilly 40s this morning. Had to cover my sensitive parts. Thought I would be done with the hat/gloves for my morning runs but man it has turned chilly again in these mountains. Was rewarded with a spectacular full moon and another good view of Jupiter, Saturn, & Mars all lined up in a row towards the south.
