Every workday. Usually M-F.

Not on weekends. Not on actual holidays (like Memorial Day next week) when I'm off work.
 
High intensity intervals today. Max heart rate dropped 6 bpm from last high intensity workout, same level. I take that to be improvement.

A hour on the bike today, time to increase the resistance. Started out steady and decided to go high intensity after 9 minutes and my time in Z4 decreased to 5 minutes 12 seconds at the level I've been on. Then I decided to go steady until a hour was up. Average heart rate is down, so it's time to increase resistance one level.
