Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

Did the first two legs of a sprint tri today, mostly to see if I could tolerate the 62 degree air and 70 degree water temp, without a wetsuit. It might be even cooler this weekend with a cold front Saturday. 10 min quarter mile pool swim with a 10 mile bike. Plenty warm enough!
