  2. Elliptical trainer today
     
  3. 5am gym: 1 hr core exercises, 5 mins steam room, then cold plunge few seconds / hot tub 30 seconds for 2 reps then home for a shower and great shave - just got the RS10 razor

    40 minutes on the treadmill!
    Finally able breathe well enough to get on the treadmill.
    It seems like it’s been forever.

    60 minutes on the treadmill this morning.
    It’s great to be able to breathe!!
     
  8. One hour of walking at lunch time. It was free pizza day at work. Picture a large employee break room, wall to wall with pizzas. I walked instead. I don't know whether to be proud or kick myself.
