I never got the allure of the vibrating razor, but I sure don't get the need for a "Power Brush".... am I wrong? ANyone see ANY reason for this? Other than going after folks with more $ than brains?

It seams that are many wet shavers that are gadget oriented! I would never though even think to buy such a shaving brush. No further comment

Man... They sure are proud of everything they make. The technology for making something vibrate isn't exactly a secret, thus we shouldn't have to pay out the rear for it. Perhaps they'll realize no one is buying this and reduce their markup a wee bit. ...I doubt it, though.

I handled one of these at an AOS store. Expensive junk and useless for any serious wet shaver.

Heh, this exact thread seems to pop up every once and awhile. This thing has been out for a few years now. Back in my cart days, I actually did like the "power" Fusion or whatever.

Remember that P&G owns Duracell, so its a "brand synergy" thing.

There was a post on this a while back and one of the longtime members here talked about how this revolutionized shaving for him. He has bad arthritis and is unable to get the quick swirling motion that helps generate the lather any more. This brush made it so he could enjoy that part of shaving again without being in pain.

If that was the actual intention of AoS, great product But I agree, that was probably an after thought to them.

AOS really lost its class when p&g purchased them. I always want to see the meeting when these things get brought up.......HEY I GOT A GREAT IDEA, POWER BRUSH!!!! Then every one looks in awe and says things like....I don't know how he keeps doing it, another home run MR. Chucklephuck.
