Ok, need some advice

From of you that have tried or knew someone that tried different razors. I currently have a Parker 22R as my go to razor. After having been gifted from my son a blue tip SS Gillette, I now feel the difference of an aggressive razor compared to a much milder one.

My question is which razors are traditionally more aggressive? From what I've read in reviews, the Gillette Red tip, Parker 91R and of course the Gillette adjustables, slim and Fat boy are capable to be considered aggressive. Can you offer any other razors that are considered aggressive?

Open Comb razors are generally thought of as more aggressive as are slants.

I'll agree with this. IMHO though, I'd go for the open comb. I didn't care for the slant at all, but that's just me. The slant might be fine for you, and it would be worth trying both. Good luck.

I also heard that a Darwin is quite nasty and Ambrose owns a WW2 (I think) German Slant...

Hold on! I would say the long comb Gillettes are aggressive - but the short comb ones are not.
