That's positively weird. Is it designed for excitable people who are frequently agitated to the point that they are 'beside themselves'? Would it have benefitted a one-eyed man who needed to see what he was doing?
I know this razor it is a Tiger woods putt and shave special edition. The handle looks like a my USR DE handle am I close?

The Russians do have nice ones, but this razor is crisp as a one dollar bill.
