Looks pretty good to me. Cap plating might be a little rough, but not terrible. The only minimally concerning thing that jumps out at me is that, in both of the two wide shots that show the razor assembled, for some reason the seller hasn't screwed the pieces fully together. That could just be because he/she was quickly snapping photos of it taken apart and put together and just didn't bother, or it could be because there's some sort of a problem with it screwing together completely.
Only other thing to check for is whether or not the metal mirror is still with the set, since it's not shown in any of the photos. The Bulldog version of the Combination Set would have originally come with one in the pocket that's sewn into the case's headliner:
I think it looks fine. The scratches on the underneath don't bother me much -- probably from a rack or being in a drawer with other stuff, I'd warrant. Give it the baking soda trick, do a gentle polish with Maas and it should come away looking great. Congrats! The bulldog's a great shaver. I've just ended a couple weeks with mine, and it was a great experience.

I'd just figured that maybe someone was experimenting with cleaning it and changed their mind... It is awfully pristine looking, though. Definitely worth some eyeballing when the OP gets it either way.
I do not have it yet. But I don't think the mirror is there. I have a special place for bulldogs and big fellows . So I have a few , two bulldogs in military kits and two travelers ( including the one above).
Right now my old style big fellow is my daily razor ....I retired the Canada made Bulldog about two months ago.
