Anyone ever use one of these? It's supposed to be from Kyoto as most (all?) J-Nats seemed to be from. There's a reference in the description to it being a Shiageto, but I'm not sure what that means.

Each stone is fairly individual in qualities so I doubt anyone else has tried a stone that is similar to yours. Also we do not know what strata it comes from, qualities vary by strata too.
The only way you will really know how well it finishes is to slurry it up and give it a go. Looks like a very fine grain stone.
