After finding the Avon Station Wagon bottle partially full of Wild Country yesterday I went to ebay and bought a Noble Prince Avon decanter filled with Wild Country AS and this morning hit the thrifts/antiques in search of more.
At the Salvation Army I found a full decanter shaped like the Liberty Bell and filled with "Tribute" AS for 2 dollars and an internet search revealed it to be from 1971-72 and at an antique store I picked up a boxed NOS Avon Bishop Chess Piece bottle filled with " Blend 7" AS for 5 dollars I can't find anything to tell me when this was produced but from the looks of the box I am guessing late 70's or maybe early 80's.
Now I am trying to decide whether to get to work splashing them on after shaves or save them for special occasions...... Avon Aftershave Acquisition Disorder in full effect!
