I´ve forgot it I´m surprise about 1957 in the list. I believe it comes from the first confirmation in the german 1957 price list. Here is a 1956 Ad. My #59 set has a Patent Pending HD with aluminum handle inside, so I thought it´s from 1953/54

Good call, I have been referring to it pretty heavily in the past few weeks, as well as the Wiki.
